CLEO the miniskirt - PDF sewing pattern

With our CLEO, we propose a revisited version of the quintessential leather skirt. Ours features a pencil shape with a diagonal zipper on the front as well as an asymmetrical hem. Elegant and functional, this skirt is also designed with single welt pockets on the back. Make Cleo from a soft but thick material and complete the look with a long-sleeved sweater and boots.

Materials you need at home:

• Approx 0.8 m of denim, twill, velvet, suede or leatherette (width 150 cm)
• 0.3 m of lining fabric such as Bemberg, Kasha, satin, silk or polyester (width 110 cm)
• 0.3 m of fusible interfacing (width 110 cm)
• Jeans or leather needle (according to chosen fabric)
• All-purpose thread
• 1 separating zipper (length 45 cm)
• Zipper foot,
• Fusible interfacing
• Stay tape (width 1 cm)
• Teflon foot (with suede or leatherette only
• Jeans or topstitch thread (optional)
